Cześć @M89, w moim przypadku nigdy nie czułem się słabo - odczuwałem to tylko jako niekomfortowe skurcze/ściśnięcia o różnej intensywności. Od słabych, po kłujące i bolesne. One mnie głównie pobudzały i wywoływały jakiś rodzaj lęku (każdy skurcz był niekomfortowy, nie chciałem kolejnych), osłabienia nigdy nie czułem. Ale mogę Ci od razu powiedzieć, że w okresie tych skurczów to unikałem słodyczy i alkoholu, bo one potrafiły bardzo szybko wzmagać objawy. Teraz cieszę się okresem 0 objawów, ale wiem, że to się może zmienić. Trzymaj dietę, bo od tego dużo zależy. Ja raz miałem tak, że też mi objawy zeszły prawie do zera, później byłem na 3-dniowym wyjeździe rodzinnym, gdzie przez 3 dni balowałem (picie przez 3 dni), a po tym wyjeździe do siebie nie mogłem dojść przez kilka miesięcy, wróciły objawy, złe samopoczucie itd, wszystko przez 3 dni "zabawy" na wyrost. Alkohol i zła dieta to jest nasz wróg.

Miałem tak samo, nawet to tutaj opisywałem w dawnych postach (tak sprzed 2 lat). Gdy przez dłuższy czas brałem Dexilant 30 (lekarz zalecił brać 2x dziennie), to z czasem miałem coraz więcej skurczów. Po 2 miesiącach brania IPP było ich naprawdę dużo, sam ograniczyłem dawkę do 1x dziennie, bo miałem podejrzenia, że to od IPP. Ogólnie wtedy po rozpoczęciu leczenia mój stan się pogarszał z każdym miesiącem. I po ograniczeniu dawki miałem wrażenie, że skurcze się uspokoiły. Później przed gastroskopią był wymóg, aby odstawić całkowicie IPP na 2 tygodnie - po odstawieniu IPP skurcze praktycznie zniknęły. Rozmawiałem z różnymi lekarzami o IPP (gastrolodzy, rodzinni) i wszyscy mówili, że IPP upośledza układ pokarmowy i nie można ich brać na dłuższą metę. Ostatni gastrolog powiedział mi tylko, że w razie pojawienia się objawów mam brać IPP przez 7 dni i je odstawić. Z tego co pamiętam, to @maurela czuła poprawę po IPP, ale nie wiem jak długo je brała.

Ja dopiero zaczynam leczenie IPP. Na czas leczenia mocno ograniczam kawe lub nie pije jej wcale. Słodyczy staram się też nie tykać. Póki co mam wrażenie, że jest lepiej ale to za krótki czas(2dzień) by jednoznacznie stwierdzić, że to jest to i mam przyczyne skurczy. Co do stylu odżywiania, odkąd mam objawy 1.5 roku to jem zdrowiej, żona też należy do osób, które odżywiają się zdrowo. Fakt, że był u mnie monen, że wazylem 83kg przy 176cm wztostu i zjechalem do 76/77kg. Na pewno u mnie kawa i słodkie do kawy plus jakiś alkohol przy weekendzie to jest coś co mogło mieć wpływ na moje objawy ale też czytając o tym stanie zapalnym moze on byc spowodowany ibuprofenem jezeli byl dlugo stosowany a mialem taka sytuacje z kregoslupem ze lekarz kazal mi kilka/naście dni to łykać.. Reasumując obserwuje się, dam znać czy jest progres ale to tak pod koniex lutego
