    Witam, mam 37 lat, od jakiegoś czasu zmagam się z bólem dławicowym. Całe życie uprawiałem sport, raczej nie chorowałem. Pierwszy raz sytuacja wystąpiła u mnie ponad rok temu - w lutym 2025r. Po okresie stresowym / niedosypiania wystąpiły u mnie bóle dławicowe, głównie w spoczynku trwające ok. 30 minut. Ból po lewej stronie klatki często z uczuciem niepokoju, napięcia. Czasem sprowokowane tłustym posiłkiem, czasem dłuższym siedzeniem za kierownicą, czasem zimnym powietrzem. Początkowo nie wiązałem ich w ogle z wysiłkiem. Trafiłem do kardiologa - badania krwi, EKG, ECHO - wszstko OK. Po ok. 2 tygodniach objawy całkowicie ustąpiły samoistnie. Było podejrzenie refluksu itp. Po 8 miesiącach spokoju, sytuacja nawróciła w październiku / listopadzie 2025 - również poprzedzony ciężkim okresem w pracy/prywatnie we wrześniu. Po raz kolejny kardiolog, w EKG wysiłkowym wyszło możliwe niedokrwienie serca (test klinicznie ujemny, obniżenie ST w II, III, aVF, V4-V6 max o 1,5mm w V4). Skierowanie na TK tętnic wieńcowych - badanie wyszło OK - brak zwężeń i zwapnień. W międzyczasie z nerwów i stresu nabawiłem się bezsenności, co pogorszyło objawy. Bywały noce, kiedy co się nie położe to ból w okokicach serca, nie jakiś rozrywający, ale niepozwalający spać. Do tamtejej pory byłem dość aktywny fizycznie - treningi 3 razy w tygodniu obowodowe / interwałowe. W listopadzie i grudniu praktycznie zaprzestałem aktywności fizycznej oprócz codziennych spacerów. Po gorszych nocach nasilenie objawów - najcześciej rano lub wczesnym popołudniem - ucisk w klatce wraz z zimnymi potami trwający 30 minut. Tętno spoczynkowe miałem niskie odkąd pamiętam - zwykle ok. 50-55 w spoczynku w związku z uprawianiem sportu. Ciśnienie mniej więcej 105/60. Od grudnia / stycznia zacząłem przyjmować leki psychiatryczne nasennie, co pozwoliło po pewnym czasie ustabilizować sen. Od lutego zacząłem mierzyć HR opaską sportową - tętno często przy siedzeniu w pracy poniżej 50. Napady dławicowe występowały najczęściej przy nawarstwieniu zmęczenia / słabego snu i często towarzyszył im niski HR - np. 40-42 przy lekkim wzroście ciśnienia np. z 105/55 --> do 120/75. Choć też nie zawsze, dławica występowała również przy HR 100. Czasem napady prowokowane po kawie - np. 1 -2 h po wypiciu kawy, często dzień po aktywności fizycznej. Zdarzyło się też raz/dwa drętwienie wraz z bladnięciem palców u rąk przy HR 40. Niektóre dni ze stałym dyskomfortem w okolicy serca, ale nie utrudniającym funkcjonowanie. W styczniu powoli deklikatny powrót do sportu. Na początku w miarę dobra tolerancja na spokojny, stały wysiłek aerobowy, gorzej na wysiłek interwałowy (np. siłownia). Do marca / kwietnia sen się w miarę ustabilizował dzięki lekowi mirtor w dawce 12 mg. W kwietniu praktycznie brak objawów. W maju objawy nawróciły po wysiłku fizycznym. W spoczynku raczej objawy aktualnie nie występują, natomiast czasami przy wysiłku fizyznym, po ok. 20-30 min narasta cieżar / ucisk po lewej stronie klatki. Raz pod koniec jednego z treningów ciężki ucisk po lewej stronie klatki wraz z słabym samopoczuciem / zimnymi potami, który ustapił po odpoczynku na siedząco 15-20 min. Nadmienię, że trenuję dużo lżej niż kiedys. Wyniki z krwi dobre. Robiłem też holter 72 h - kilka epizodów wenkenbacha,poza tym raczej ok. Minimalne hr w nocy 33, 19 pauz powyżej 2s, najdłuższa 2,53s - prawie wszystkie w nocy. Byłem już u kilku kardiologów- wszyscy bagatelizują moje objawy, zwalając na kręgosłup albo stres/nerwicę. Do mnie jednak to nie trafia - mam odczucie, że objawy są typowo dławicowe - ucisk / ciężar po lewej stronie klatki, któremu najczęściej towarszyszy uczucie napięcia / niepokoju / czasem zimne poty. Podejrzewam u siebie jakąś formę dławicy naczynioskurczowej lub moze problem z mikrokrążeniem - czy miał ktoś coś podobnego? Czy nienależałoby wdrożyć jakiejś formy leczenia na rozkurcz naczyń?

    Od już chyba 10 czy więcej lat mamie spada sod . Ma 78 lat. Leczy się na nadciśnienie i arytmię. Powiedzieli że coś ma nie tak z nadnerczami, bierze corrinef. Upada, rozcina główe od jakiegoś czasu ma coś takiego co jakiś czas że mdleje jakby sztywneje na kilka sekund. Ogólne w głowie sie jej kręci. Jak na poniżej 140 sodu to gorzej się właśnie czuje. Już nie wiemy co robić. Czas trzeba walczyć na sorze żeby dostała kroplówkę bo widok co się dzieje w szpitalach. Czy to te leki jej tak obniżają sód?
