Gdy brałem IPP, to miałem przeważnie objawy i wtedy jadłem bardzo, bardzo zdrowo. Kawy nie piję w ogóle, słodycze ograniczałem, bo po nich miałem mocniejsze objawy. Po piwku też łapały mnie skurcze wtedy. Herbatę piłem słabszą i głównie owocową. Ogólnie to dietę mocno zmieniłem - herbata czy słodycze to mały kawałek zmian. Powiedz mi czy planujesz ograniczyć jedzenie smażone, pieczone mięso, produkty z białej mąki, czy czerwone mięso itd? Zamiast jeść żółty ser, to wolę inne lekkie potrawy itd. To też wpłynęło na to, że waga spadła mi do poziomu, jaką miałem w młodszych latach, za czasów studiów itd. Sam już tego nie uważam jako "dietę", po prostu... zdrowe nawyki. Ogólnie trzeba sobie powiedzieć, że tego zapalenia to nie masz raczej od zdrowego jedzenia.
