Cała aktywność

Ostatnich kilka miesięcy minęło u mnie bez skurczów, albo z minimalnymi objawami, także potencjalne czynniki mi się trochę zatarły. U mnie ogólnie jak było źle, tj. miałem częste skurcze, to... skurcze były od wszystkiego i ciągle. A gdy było dobrze, czyli brak skurczów, to mogłem robić co chciałem i nic się nie działo... W okresach skurczów były pewne rzeczy, które je zawsze wywoływały intensywniej, np. słodycze działały bardzo szybko, tak samo jak piwko (a raczej gaz z piwka). Pamiętam też, że raz jesienią zjadłem sernik, wyszedłem od razu na spacer (było trochę chłodno) i nim nagle zaczęło mnie masakrycznie męczyć. Czułem wtedy też, że mnie zgazowało. Łukasz pisał, że jak był głodny i zjadł duża porcję gołąbków z sosem pomidorowym, to czuł, że zaraz chyba zjedzie, tak mocno go te skurcze łapały. Pamiętam też jedną podróż wakacyjną, gdzie podczas długiej jazdy autem (pozycja siedząca przez wiele godzin) męczyły mnie dość mocne skurcze, a przestały, dopiero jak zrobiłem przerwę na stacji, wyprostowałem się, zjadłem coś, napisałem sie ciepłej herbaty. Z moich ostatnich obserwacji wywnioskowałem, że to może mieć związek z gazami. Zauważyłem, że gdy czułem coś w stylu skurczów, to po jakiejś chwili/czasie czułem, jak gazy mi sie przemieszczają w jelitach. Wywnioskowałem sobie, że te gazy muszą się gdzieś produkować, później podczas przemieszczania się mogą rozpychać jelita itd, może podrażniają jakieś organy, a może po prostu to samo ich przemieszczanie się daje takie odczucia. Inne obserwacje mam takie, że one są jakby okresowe i bardziej mi sie nasilały, gdy przychodziły zimne okresy, a latem zawsze była poprawa - ale nie wiem czy to ma związek z temperaturą, czy nie. Czytałem tylko, że gdy jest zimno, to organy się potrafią kurczyć, może to ma jakiś związek dodatkowy, np. jak wychodzisz z ciepłego domu na zimny dwór itd. Ogólnie nie mam dobrych wieści, @M89, nie potrafię do końca sprecyzować co wywołuje skurcze. To jest zmienne. Gdybyśmy mogli to łatwo określić, to możliwe, że byśmy już byli wyleczeni.
