From 3 months ago i have got high heart puls ,its about 84 up to 94 ,some time more littel,and i feel my heart such fastly work,befor this happen, i passed very hard situation in my live , it was big stress ,i visit a dr. 3 times in sweden and in poland too,and i make 4 time EKG, and i make a test blood and presure ,it was normal every thing,my presuer all time was normal about 128/84 .and they dont give me any midicen ,i am 174cm ,73kg,i dont smock, and i dont drink alkohol,and i dont drink coffee,some time tea,my eating is good,my job is at the office, and i drive a car for short distance.in my family no sick with heart ,specialy i feel my heart working fastly at night when i am rest.during day i dont feel that so,just when i am alone or at night, some time i make braek sleeping when i feel my heart working so fastly.pls can i ask why that happen and what can i do to get back to normal puls heart?or what kind of midicen i shuld take?
